To safeguard their  longevity, we recommend that you take certain precautions during use. Handle them with care, avoid contact with water and keep them away from humid places.  Dust them regularly with a soft, lint-free and non-abrasive cloth or chamois leather. Love them passionately!

Piccoli Smalti’s design objects are different from each other, even when the carré repeats the same pattern, the execution will never be the same, there will always be small differences in the color, the lines, the mass of enamel. We took care to photograph each piece with a soft light that enhanced its three-dimensionality and the subtle play of volume and shine. If you are not happy with  our Piccoli Smalti item when you will receive it at your home, you have 14 days to return it with a full refund of the payment already made. To proceed with the return, just remember that you must first inform info@piccolismalti.com to receive the procedure’s acceptance back  and that the transport to return the object will be at your expense.

Piccoli Smalti operate in  circular economy mode with a very limited production in order to avoid any stock and enhance the slow rhythms of artisanal work done with extreme care.

The e-shop catalog is presented to the customer with two timing possibilities: the “in stock” one whereby the chosen object is immediately available with a standard delivery of 7/10 working days or the “made to order” possibility  in which, if the object is not in stock,  is produced and delivered to the customer in a period of time ranging from 4 to 6 working weeks.
